First, try to be sure what type of cable or converter you have. Then plug the USB in and go to Device manager.
Win+X >> Device Manager
Then check the type of USB your PC found.
Then download the proper driver and update it / install it.

It’s not an easy job. Know about each PLC communication protocol. Then you can try.
